Hi! We’re Katy Photography and we are thrilled to be working with Cheer Destiny this season!
STEP 1:
model release
Before releasing the galleries, we may share sneak peeks on our social media accounts including Instagram® and Facebook®. To be considered we need a signed model release on file for your child.
Step 2:
Bring the Smiles
on Photo Day!
No need to sign-up. Just show up! Your team’s scheduled photo time is below.
Uniform & hair instructions:
Please come in FULL competition uniform (including socks and shoes for full-season teams). Hair can be worn down and styled however you would like. If you choose to wear makeup, please come in a natural look similar to what you would do for school pictures.
**Please arrive 10 minutes before your photoshoot time as indicated below for check-in. We cannot wait and you will miss your team photo if you are late! Absent athletes will not be photoshopped into the team photo.

Step 3: PHOTO ACCESS
To be notified by text when photos are ready you’ll need to click the button below, enter your phone number and select SUBSCRIBE. This will ensure are notified by text as soon as your photos are ready! We highly recommend this as emails are often stuck in spam filters.

FAQ
How long will my team's photo session take?
We aim to get each team in and out within 15-40 minutes depending on team size.
Can I choose my own pose?
In order to keep photo day as efficient as possible, our posers will prompt your athlete into their pose. Each athlete will do the same pose.
Are Sibling & Buddy Shots Allowed?
Yes! Sibling B should line up with Sibling A during their individual photos. After sibling A’s individuals are done, we will take a quick shot of them together, then Sibling B can stand in line with their team for their individual photos. Buddy shots may be available after the team photo and all individuals are taken if time remains before the next team’s time slot.
How long until the photos are ready?
Photos will be ready within 3 weeks.
How will I know when my photos are ready?
You will receive an email when the photos are published! But emails are often stuck in spam filters. We highly recommend you click the photo access button above and register to be notified via text when the photos are sent out.
