Hi! We’re Katy Sport Photography and we are thrilled to be working with Palmer’s Gymnastics again this season!
STEP 1:
model release
Before releasing the galleries, we may share sneak peeks on our social media accounts including on Instagram and Facebook. To be considered we need a signed model release on file for your child. This is optional.
Step 2:
Bring the Smiles
on Photo Day!
WHAT TO WEAR
Girls USAG Levels 8,9,10, Elite and Xcel Platinum should wear their long sleeve competition leotard.
Girls Training Team, Girls AAU Level 3, Xcel Pre-team and Xcel Gold teams should wear their competition tank leotard.
Boys AAU Level 3 will wear their competitive singlet shirt and red shorts with red socks.
Boys USAG will wear their competitive singlet shirt and red pants with red socks.
Hair: Girls may wear their hair how they would like whether it be up or down

No need to sign-up. Just show up!
**Please arrive 10 minutes before your photoshoot time as indicated below for check-in. We cannot wait and you could miss your team photo if you are late!
Step 3: ACCESS YOUR photos
You will receive an email from Katy Sports Photography with your unique link to sign up for text message updates about your photos. Just click the link in the email to get started. We’ll let you know when the gallery is published and ready for you to shop for prints and products! Photos are ready within 3 weeks of the photoshoot.
FAQ
How long will my team's photo session take?
We aim to get each team in and out as quickly as possible. The timing depends on your team size.
Can I choose my own poses?
In order to keep photo day as efficient as possible, our posers will prompt your athlete through a variety of pre-selected poses. Each athlete will do the same series of poses so you’ll have several to choose from in your photo gallery.
Are Sibling & Buddy Shots Allowed?
Yes! Sibling B should line up with Sibling A during their individual photos. After sibling A’s individuals are done, we will take a quick shot of them together, then Sibling B can stand in line with their team for their individual photos. Buddy shots will be available if there is time remaining after all team & individual photos have been taken for your team.
How should I wear my hair & makeup?
See the specific instructions in the schedule above for your athlete.
How long until the photos are ready?
Photos will be ready within 3 weeks.
